Delivery Options
Each product listing shows the available fulfilment options. We offer:
- Home Delivery — delivered to your address by the seller or their representative
- Store Pickup — collect directly from the seller's location at your convenience
Delivery Area
We currently serve Mathikere, Yeshwanthpur and surrounding areas. Delivery availability is determined by the individual seller. Check the product page for the seller's service area.
Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges, if any, are displayed on the product page before you order.
- Some products offer free delivery above a minimum order value.
- Store pickup is always free of delivery charge.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times are shown on each product page and vary by seller. Typical estimates:
- Same-day delivery: ordered before the seller's cut-off time
- Next-day delivery: for orders placed after cut-off or for pre-order items
- Booking / Pre-order items: timelines communicated by the seller after order confirmation
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, the seller will confirm availability and estimated delivery time via WhatsApp. Please ensure your WhatsApp number is active and reachable.
Missed Deliveries
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the seller will attempt to contact you via WhatsApp. If delivery cannot be made, the order may be held for pickup or rescheduled. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
Damaged During Delivery
If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo immediately and contact us within 24 hours. Refer to our Refund Policy for next steps.
