Orders and Payments

• Orders are placed through our website and confirmed via WhatsApp with the seller.
• Prices listed are in INR and are set by the seller.
• Payment terms are agreed between the customer and seller — we do not process online payments directly.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if products are unavailable or if there are payment issues.

User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate contact and delivery information.
• You must be available to receive your order at the agreed time.
• You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• You must not attempt to defraud sellers or the platform.

Seller Responsibilities

• Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings.
• Sellers must fulfil confirmed orders in a timely manner.
• Sellers must ensure the quality and safety of their products.
• Sellers must comply with all applicable food safety, trade, and local laws.

Platform Liability

MathikereMart.com acts as a facilitator and is not directly responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products sold by individual sellers. Disputes are to be resolved directly with the relevant seller. We will assist mediation where possible.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of MathikereMart.com or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law
