• We will mediate any fair dispute between you and a seller

Freshness Guarantee (Perishables)

For fresh produce, dairy, and cooked food items, we guarantee the product will be fresh at the time of delivery. If you receive anything that appears spoiled, expired, or unfit for consumption:

• Photograph the item immediately
• Contact us via WhatsApp within 2 hours of delivery
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund

Manufacturer Warranty

For packaged, electronic, or durable goods, the manufacturer's warranty applies as printed on the product packaging. We do not independently provide manufacturer warranties. For warranty claims:

• Contact the manufacturer directly using the warranty card or documentation included with the product
• We can help you contact the seller if you need further assistance

Seller Guarantee

Each seller on our platform agrees to our Vendor Policy, which includes standards for product quality and order fulfilment. If a seller fails to meet these standards, we will intervene on your behalf.

What Is Not Covered

• Damage caused by misuse or improper handling after delivery
• Normal wear and tear
• Issues reported more than 24 hours after delivery (perishables: 2 hours)
• Personal preference or change of mind

2. A description of the issue
3. A photo or video showing the problem

We aim to resolve all claims within 24 hours of receiving sufficient information.
