Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement in the following situations:
- You received a wrong item โ not what you ordered
- The item was damaged or spoiled on arrival
- The item was significantly different from its description
- Your order was not delivered despite confirmation
Non-Refundable Situations
- You changed your mind after the order was placed and prepared
- The product was correctly delivered as described but you are dissatisfied with personal taste or preference
- Perishable items (fresh produce, dairy, cooked food) once delivered and accepted
- Requests raised more than 24 hours after delivery
How to Raise a Refund Request
- Contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your order
- Share your order reference number and a photo of the issue
- We will review your request and respond within a few hours
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed as:
- Replacement โ we send the correct item at no extra charge
- Store credit โ applied to your next order
- Cash refund โ returned via the original payment method or cash on next delivery
The resolution method is decided based on the nature of the issue and product type, in agreement with the seller.
